   3 Files with the edo file extension are generated by
   4 <a href="../programs/gmx-mdrun.html">gmx mdrun</a>
   5 if Molecular Dynamics is performed with Essential Dynamics
   6 constraints. Depending on the parameters set in the <a href="edi.html">
   7 edi</a> file, edo files may contain projections of positions,
   8 velocities and forces onto selected eigenvectors during the run as well
   9 as RMSD values, or information about specific types of constraints.
  10 Specific results can be extracted from the edo files with standard unix
  11 utilities like <tt>awk</tt>.
